SG Lewis and AlunaGeorge teamed up to release this infectiously catchy new dance tune 'Hurting' last week and if you haven't checked it out yet, you definitely need to. The energy is exciting and we love the vocal effects throughout the track. This is quite possibly some of AlunaGeorge's best work to date and SG Lewis brought a fresh style and perspective to the record that we can't get enough of.
After several listens, we still find ourselves falling deeper and deeper in love with the details and the arrangement. In a world where mediocre often thrives, SG Lewis and AlunaGeorge are breaking down barriers and we can't wait to see what the two have in store for us next.

“Aluna and I met for the first time in LA earlier this year, and I was talking to her about the album concept, and in particular, Dark. Aluna has been a part of so many dance records that I love, so I knew I wanted to make a club track with her! After we ate burritos and hung out, we made “Hurting”super quickly - the whole process was super natural between the two of us, and she has such an amazing ear for production.”
